GUDERIAN GLASS
GUDERIAN GLASS
My name is Adam Guderian and I am a Cambridge MN resident. I began experimenting with water absorbing polymers in 2010 and made my first glass "frozen explosion" in 2011. I never knew how permanent these pieces would be from the start. Fifteen years later, my oldest projects have remained stable, giving me the confidence finally to share this artistic process. The decision was made to release everything under CC BY 4.0 licensing instead of hoarding valuable secrets like Ramanujan.

I'm joking. They were then and remain today very hobbyist projects. I'm always surprised at the value people find from this entire process. Some people love the collaborative effort piecing back together the shards of a broken wine bottle they shared earlier like a group puzzle. Some people view a broken beer bottle as a powerful symbol of sobriety.

6-9-26 working on this today, thank you for your patience
